Weekend in Mendocino

So my mama and Cowboy and I took off for a weekend retreat in Gualala, a little coast town a few hours north of San Francisco. We stayed in the guest cabin of a hospitable friend. Gorgeous, huh? Cowboy went out and ran around and killed fish, while my mom worked on her book for a zillion hours a day.
